The most important thing I can tell you about my work
is what my clients say about it.
These are real people who trusted me with some of the most important chapters of their lives. Their words are shared here with their full knowledge and permission – because their stories deserve to be told, and because they might just be the story that brings you here too.
“From my own ashes”
I feel extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to be coached and mentored by Karina – an extraordinary leader, gifted with high emotional intelligence and super skilled.
She helped me to not only stay on track with my course but also find new learning techniques whilst offering her genuine support with my mental health because I was still grieving the loss of my father, who decided to leave us too soon…
I was really struggling mentally and emotionally throughout that period – being a full time Top 40 store manager, a mother, a wife, studying for the Apprenticeship, Maths and English Level 2, and getting involved in multiple extra work activities… but Karina guided me so gently and yet firmly, towards finding my own solutions and survival strategies. Staying focused on the present moment and what I could control was the key to unlocking my own power and finding a stronger version of myself at the end of that experience.
Karina’s passion for maths was crucial in helping me pass my Level 2 maths exam. Until that point, I used to hate maths – because no one had taught me how fun it could be. Only Karina managed to give colour and intensity to what once was a very plain grey and harsh reality.
With the success of passing my maths exam on the second attempt, I found the confidence I needed to overcome my English exam as well, which I passed at the first opportunity. A few months later, after thoroughly preparing a viable project proposal for the organisation I work with, I managed to successfully pass the Apprenticeship – and I am proud to say that my project has taken life within our company.
It was a very long 3 years, filled with ups and downs, but the highlight was the mentoring programme, where I could visibly see myself grow as a person, from my own ashes.
In conclusion, the coaching and mentoring was a life saver for me. And a MASSIVE SUCCESS.
I now have a special person in my life, that I respect, cherish, and admire immensely. And more importantly – I am still here, doing what I love, wiser and stronger than ever.
Thank you ☺️
“That is all down to Karina”
I came to Karina through a recommendation from a work colleague. At the time I was coming to the end of a very stressful job, and I wanted to talk through my future options with someone disconnected from my situation.
Karina helped me take a step back and look at my situation objectively, identifying areas in my behaviour and thought processes that were increasing my stress and giving me techniques to help manage stressful situations.
I am now in a new role which has the potential for the same level of pressure, but I feel I have the right toolset and boundaries to manage that pressure – and that is all down to Karina.
Having a safe space to say whatever I wanted and to have Karina to thoughtfully go through
what I’d said, help me understand what I had said and come up with some good
strategies and thought processes to help me progress. They have definitely
helped me out of a very dark place and helped me progress massively in my
career and general life.
“An honour and a gift”
A safe space where you can feel free to express your deepest and hidden thoughts, emotions and fears. Karina is soft yet focused and can read between the lines — which is so reassuring when you cannot see the bigger picture.
Nothing is off the table and every time you come out with more clarity and confidence.
Working with Karina has been an honour and a gift and some insights will be with me forever.
“Unstuffy and pragmatic”
“An unstuffy and pragmatic approach with a range of tools to assist with personal and professional challenges.”
“Did feel safe to speak whatever was coming to mind.”
“Having a safe space to offload was very useful – with an element of ‘what’s next’.”
